Following the completion of a successful BI (Business Intelligence) project earlier this year, a UK-based charity has once again engaged Circyl for help implementing a flexible document transmittal solution.
Responsible for the guardianship, maintenance and promotion of some of the most used natural resources, the organisation was keen to upgrade its SharePoint 2010 platform to Microsoft 365, moving from an on-premise environment to a Cloud-based solution.
During the development of the Document Transmittal Application, Circyl will use its experience and expertise to ensure it can be embedded into SharePoint Online using PowerApps. The introduction of a sophisticated document transmittal solution will allow the business to manage the distribution of documents to internal users, external partners and contractor communities, delivering increased efficiency throughout the entire organisation.
Jason Betteridge, Managing Director at Circyl, commented: “We are pleased to build on our already strong relationship, having been engaged to deliver two key projects with the organisation in the last 12 months.
“Their decision to engage with us again so quickly is evidence of the confidence and trust they have in our ability to deliver these important and time-sensitive projects, as we have an in-depth understanding of the business, the sector, and the challenges they want to address.
“Having already supported the business this year, we are familiar with the team and the structure of the organisation, which will allow us to tailor a solution that meets their unique needs and requirements.
