No. Circyl Care keeps solutions operational and teams supported after go-live, covering production issues, day-to-day questions and new requirements that emerge from real-world use, handled by people who already know the system.

If a client has already done the thinking, Circyl does not make them do it again.

What is Circyl's Embed stage?

Circyl's Embed stage delivers in the smallest viable increments so assumptions stay honest and changes are captured at the cheapest possible moment. Each increment is validated with real users, surfacing what needs changing before the investment scales. The measure of a successful Embed is not a working system — it is a system that gets used.

What is Circyl's Evolve stage?

Circyl's Evolve stage keeps the relationship active after go-live, growing the solution as the organisation and its needs change. It covers two modes: Responsive Support for production issues and fast answers from people who already know the system, and Expertise on Demand for complex requirements or architectural decisions at the moments an internal team needs senior specialist input.
