Circyl’s strong year looks set to continue, after agreeing to assist a leading Logistics specialist on their data and analytics journey through their use of Power BI.

As one of the world’s largest and most dependable freight transportation specialists, they are keen to enhance data analysis throughout all areas of the operation by turning raw data from across the business into actionable information.

During the first phase of the engagement, Circyl will enhance data collection and consolidation processes, resulting in the automated creation of financial reports that will deliver both tailored and ad-hoc data analysis to both accountants and their customers. By automating this process, the organisation is expected to save significant man hours of manual report creation. This will also reduce the risk of human error and ensure the same centrally-defined business logic is used across all financial reports.

Jason Betteridge, Managing Director at Circyl, commented: “2023 was an incredibly positive year for us and 2024 has maintained that momentum, as we have secured new business contracts with several high-profile businesses across a range of sectors.

“We are seeing a lot of organisations investing in data analytics solutions that will allow them to harness the masses of information they have collected, enhancing the decision-making process moving forward.

“By combining our technical expertise with our sector-specific experience, we are confident that our team has the tools and knowledge needed to successfully deliver a project of this size and importance.

“We are very much looking forward to supporting the organisation in the months ahead, helping them build out a forward-thinking data culture.”
