Our recruitment process

Step one

Virtual Introduction

With Head of Talent - 45 mins approx

We have a 3-stage interview process. Your journey commences with a virtual introductory call with our Head of Talent.

This lasts around 45 minutes and will provide you with valuable insights into our culture, approach, and the reasons why we hope you might want to join us.

We will also discuss your background and experience at a high level during this session.

Step two

Virtual Call

With Practice Lead - 1 hour max

The 2nd session, again a virtual one is conducted with the relevant Practice Lead and may include our Head of Delivery.

Providing you with projects and technical insights, your ambitions and successes to date will also be discussed during this session.

We use the STAR method during this session.

Step three

On-Site Meeting

At Circyl HQ

The final round is on site at our headquarters in Solihull, Birmingham. This lasts for a maximum of 2.5 hours.

You will enjoy a tech challenge, discuss your findings with the team and enjoy a ‘day in the life of ‘ experience.

You get to meet fellow team members and explore why they love working with Circyl and what makes them stay with us.

Our recruitment process is transparent, and you will receive structured feedback at each stage. We hope that you will feel open and able to share any individual needs that you may have, and we encourage you to share your individual needs with our Head of Talent at the entry stage to our process, so we can support you in your recruitment journey with us.

We apply a neuro inclusive lens to our recruitment process as we want each potential team member to enjoy the best experience possible for them. We will make any reasonable work based adjustments to our recruitment process, as required to ensure you have an excellent candidate experience.

Circyl is proud to be an inclusive organisation and, as such, we require all team members within our recruitment process to understand and deploy best practices focused on a fair and just recruitment cycle.
