Modern slavery is a violation of human rights and includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and expect the same standards from those we work with.

Circyl Limited is a UK-based professional services and technology consultancy. Our operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom, and our supply chain mainly consists of professional services providers, technology partners and business support suppliers. We do not operate in sectors or regions typically associated with a high risk of modern slavery.

While we are not legally required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to our turnover being below the statutory threshold, we are committed to:

• Treating our employees fairly and in line with UK employment law

• Working with reputable suppliers and partners

• Raising and addressing any concerns relating to unethical or unlawful labour practices if they arise
