It seems a growing number of organisations are using 2022 to build on their existing investments in data and analytics, after Circyl secured yet another new business contract to develop a comprehensive data strategy for one of the UK’s leading Lift Services organisations.

The firm, which is one of the most recognised and respected lift companies in the UK, provides a variety of maintenance services, including fast response, lift repairs, maintenance contracts and lift installation to clients across a range of sectors.

Rather than implementing a ‘one off’ solution, the customer required a comprehensive data strategy that was tailored to meet their unique requirements and would deliver a range of short and long-term benefits, whilst shaping the company’s decision making process.

In response to this, Circyl have agreed to support the firm by reviewing their existing solutions and suggesting important changes that will enhance their long term data strategy.

Jason Betteridge, Managing Director at Circyl, commented:

“In 2021, we had a lot of organisations approach us for support with their existing data strategies, and so far, this trend looks set to continue in 2022, as we have already agreed to three new data-related projects.

“Businesses are increasingly aware of the importance of drive value from the data they have collected, enabling them to uncover important insights that will give them a competitive advantage in the post-pandemic era.

“Already in a strong, industry-leading position, we hope that that the adoption of a clear data and analytics strategy will allow them to enhance their existing service offering, providing them with the tools needed to spot emerging trends and monitor performance.

“Given our past experience working on similar projects, I am confident that we will deliver a comprehensive strategy that will deliver noticeable value across the business.”
