Business Intelligence and Productivity solutions provider, Circyl, has added an experienced Head of Delivery to its expanding team, following a series of new account wins.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the technology industry and a background in Project and Operational Management, Neil Dallaway becomes the latest strategic hire for the business, capping off a period of substantial growth and development.

His experience of working with other global technology firms combined with a customer centric approach to process change and improvement gives him the insight needed to manage high-profile customers and projects across all sectors.

Upon joining the business, Neil’s immediate tasks will be to oversee the set up of a Project Management Office, whilst enhancing project rigour, process and methodology across the entire organisation. Meanwhile, he will use his extensive experience to shape the business for sustainable growth, ensuring the wider team is utilising the time and resources available to them.

It is the sixth strategic hire the business has made in 2022, following the addition of two Principal Data and Analytics Consultants, a Principal Power Platform Consultant, a Project Coordinator and a Data and Analytics Consultant.

Circyl’s newly appointed Head of Delivery, Neil Dallaway, said: “Having previously worked alongside Managing Director, Jason Betteridge, I knew the culture was a good fit for me as they truly have a ‘people first’ mentality.

“I have worked with many of the team before, so I knew I would be joining a business with plenty of talented individuals, where hard work is engrained into everyone and the entire team is pulling in the same direction.

“Of course, I am joining at a busy yet exciting time for the business given the amount of high-profile clients they have secured in recent months, so there is a lot to get stuck into and I am confident the experience I have gained throughout my career will help them through this transition.

“You only have to look at Circyl’s growth in the last 12 months to see what trajectory this business is on, so I am very much looking forward to offering my support and continuing this development throughout the final few months of 2022 and into the new year.”

Jason Betteridge, commented: “This latest strategic hire demonstrates, amongst other things, our growth, maturity and need to have this kind of role in place, given the caliber of customers and projects we have recently secured.

“Having worked with Neil before, I already know what kind of character he is and the extensive expertise he will bring to the team, so there is no doubt that he will be a valuable addition to the team during an important period.

“It should also remind our clients that their needs and requirements are our top priority, as we tailor all our strategies to ensure a smooth project delivery, with no stone left unturned.

“We are excited to begin a new chapter with Neil, as we look to build further on the growth and success we have enjoyed this calendar year.”
