Business Intelligence and Productivity solutions provider, Circyl, looks set to start 2023 in a strong position after they secured yet another high-profile new business contract.
AFP Services boast a team of Finance and Operations professionals that act as their client’s outsourced accounts and supply chain departments. They have built a reputation of reliability, overseeing the day-to-day logistics of their client’s organisation in order to free up time for business leaders and other key figures to drive their businesses forward.
Given the growth that AFP has experienced in recent months, they felt it was time to review their existing investments in technology, updating certain solutions to cope with the pace of development and change that could maximise the enhancements available to them in the Cloud.
Following an internal review, they were keen to implement a sophisticated Client Contact Record App that would improve customer management, whilst having the capacity to store data in a secure environment.
Once in place, AFP Services will find it much easier to support the wide range of clients they represent, with a streamlined approach to information management providing instant access to secure client records, allowing them to continue to deliver the highest level of customer service. AFP also have aspirations for this solution to form the framework for future phases of development, adding functionality to continually drive improved client engagement.
