Despite the challenging economic times, Circyl has secured yet another significant new business contract with one of the UK’s largest contract flooring businesses.  

Bromsgrove-based, Falcon Contract Flooring has built a strong reputation throughout its 35-year history for delivering high-quality results across a range of European projects, whilst working alongside some of the biggest names in the hospitality sector 

Looking to solidify its position as an innovative industry leader, the firm is keen to hit the ground running post-lockdown, streamlining the entire customer journey by moving operations to the cloud.  

Initially delivering a bespoke CRM solution for enquiries, pipeline and planning, the new system will move towards being an ‘industry first’, allowing customers to click and choose products and services with fixed prices online, before tracking their delivery every step of the way.
