It’s been a busy year for Business Intelligence and Productivity solutions provider, Circyl, having undertaken a wide range of important projects across a number of sectors.

In the latest issue of Inside Sustainability, the spotlight was placed on Falcon Contract Flooring – a client that Circyl has proactively supported since the pandemic through the implementation of a bespoke CRM solution amongst other important updates.

Within the article, Falcon’s growth, diversification and their ongoing commitment to sustainable practices was explored, as was the way in which they successfully navigated the adversity caused by Covid.

During an uncertain period, the business chose to invest in its digital strategy and engaged Circyl for technical support and advice for the implementation of a system that would improve the management of enquiries, pipeline and planning.

The project put Falcon on an upwards trajectory, and since working together, the company’s annual revenue has more than doubled from the £7 million it generated pre-Covid – an upswing that Falcon said was a direct result of their technical investment.

As such, the recent Falcon Contract Flooring article is accompanied by Circyl’s mission statement and advertisement as recognition for the work they’ve accomplished together.

Jason Betteridge, Managing Director at Circyl, commented:

“Whilst a lot of the support we provide our clients is ongoing, it is always great to read positive feedback in a high-profile public domain, like the Inside Sustainability publication.

“Since working with Falcon Contract Flooring, we’ve been encouraged to hear about the improvements they have experienced, from enhanced internal productivity to the substantial increase in revenue.

“Of course, none of this would be possible if it wasn’t for our team of highly experienced technical consultants that have worked tirelessly to achieve Falcon’s short and long-term objectives, leaving no stone unturned in their mission to delivering immediate value.

“I’d also like to thank the entire Falcon team for their kind words and recognition and I have no doubt that there is a lot more to come from the business moving forward.”
